Over 300 cars and motorcycles from the past 100 years were on show at the event on Sunday, including vintage, classic and modern vehicles.

Families and children enjoyed the live jazz band, driving challenges on an F1 racing simulator and special performances by 1940s themed dancers. Visitors also caught a glimpse of the Silver bird wartime aeroplane which was on exhibition.

Culinary delights such as strawberries and cream, a hog roast and Templar’s Tearooms were also set-up for show goers, while those on the look out for a bargain car accessory headed to the auto-jumble stalls where an array of motoring equipment was for sale.

To culminate the day’s festivities, visitors watched the end-of-day car parade, with a selection of vintage, classic and modern cars in action as they drove around the grounds.
