Motorists on the A14 near the Orwell Bridge faced delays on Tuesday evening following a collision between a lorry and two cars.

Suffolk police said nobody has been injured in the incident, which happened after 6pm yesterday, but that there were delays on the Bury St Edmunds-bound carriageway of the road, where the incident took place, while recovery work took place.

There were reports that traffic was building up in the Colchester Road area of Ipswich as drivers tried to find alternative routes.
