A MAN has been taken to hospital after the car he was travelling in collided with a tree.

The East of England Ambulance Service (EEAST) were called to the incident in Halstead Road, Braintree, at 9,27am. EEAST spokesman Gary Sanderson said: “A man who we believe to be in his 20s has been taken to Colchester General Hospital with a facial injury.
