Suffolk police have formally identified the woman, who was found dead at a property in Anselm Avenue, Bury St Edmunds as Tracey Hammond, 38, who lived in Anselm Avenue.
Officers attended the property on Anselm Avenue after being called by the ambulance service at 10.20am and found a deceased woman on arrival.
Following a Home Office post mortem examination the cause of the woman’s death is unascertained and further tests will be required to establish her cause of death.
A 49-year-old man and a 22-year-old man both from Bury St Edmunds were arrested on suspicion of murder and taken to the Bury St Edmunds Police Investigation Centre. They have since been released on police bail and are both due to return on January 9, 2014.
Officers continue to carry out inquiries to establish the circumstances leading up to the woman’s death and are asking anyone with information to contact the Joint Norfolk and Suffolk Major Investigation Team on 101 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
