Businesses from across East Anglia got together to showcase their products and services, and to share their knowledge and experiences, at the annual Anglia Business Exhibition, held at the Best Western Ipswich Hotel, Copdock.

There were around 100 exhibitors from across East Anglia with many more businesses from across the region attending on the day, for networking, and and to meet other businesses to work with in the future.

Roger Barcham, chairman of ISSBA, said: “We are absolutely delighted with the success of this years event. A wide range of businesses, from small start-ups right through to larger local businesses, had the opportunity to showcase what they do, meet new clients and forge long-lasting business relationships.”

He added: “I think everyone who either exhibited or attended would agree that the event is certainly needed in the county as a means of shouting about what great businesses we have in our county.”

“I would also like to thank all our partners, sponsors, exhibitors and everybody who has contributed to making ABE18 the great business to business exhibition that it is today. Without their continued support this event would not be possible.”

“There was some fantastic trade stands, great networking and special events during the day which were all well received. I am sure all those who attended took away with them some great new business contacts. It certainly was a fantastic event.”

“I would also like to extend my thanks to the team at The Ipswich Hotel for their support during this event.”

Colin Noble, Leader of Suffolk County Council said, “This year’s Anglia Business Exhibition has been a real success and I would like to thank ISSBA for arranging such a great event. The number of businesses attending and the quality of the stands gets better each year and the County Council looks forward to helping shape the 2019 exhibition.”

David Ellesmere leader of Ipswich Council added: “Ipswich Borough Council are incredibly proud to have been strategic sponsor of another very successful Anglia Business Exhibition. We saw a significant number of businesses across a range of sectors throughout the day and found the event, as always to be very well organised with a great quality of exhibitors and delegates.”
