Plumb Mate is to continue its sponsorship of the Suffolk FA Under-7 4v4 Festivals.

The Suffolk-based plumbing and heating merchant, which has sponsored the festivals since January 2016, has signed a new one-year agreement to cover the 2017-18 season.

A total of nine festivals, including three organised in partnership with Ipswich Town FC and held on the practice pitch at the club’s Portman Road ground, will be organised over the course of the season.

Plumb Mate sales director Ian Cornforth said: “These events are a fantastic opportunity for all young players of all abilities to enjoy the beautiful game in such a positive environment.

“Being a Local family business we feel being a part of these events is a huge honour and we look forward to attending as many of the festivals as possible,” he added.

Plumb Mate has branches in Ipswich, where it began in 2006, and Hadleigh, where it opened in 2010. Both sites have bathroom showrooms as well as large trade counters.
