As we launch our Mental Health Watch campaign, aimed at reducing the stigma around mental health issues, raising awareness and improving services in Norfolk and Suffolk, where the trust is in special measures, we set out our manifesto.

Everyday life can get us down, but how do you tell if you are just having another bad day or if there is a more serious illness?

If you or someone you know has a mental illness, there may be times when their condition gets worse. This is known as a mental health crisis and requires swift action to protect the person or other people.
