Clacton: Man performs sex act in front of 17-year-old boy near Alton Park Junior School

Police in Clacton are appealing for witnesses after a man exposed himself to a teenager near Alton Park Junior School.

It happened at around 11.20am on August 16. A 17-year-old boy was walking along Alton Park Road when a man asked to him to stand and watch whilst he urinated in an alleyway. The man then exposed himself to the victim and carried out a lewd act. The victim ran away.

Investigating Officer Pc Matt Hobley said: “The suspect is described as white, in his 40s, is around 6ft tall, was of a large build and had medium length dark hair. He was wearing a jacket, jeans and black boots.”

Anybody who witnessed the incident or has any information about it is asked to contact Pc Hobley at Clacton on 101.
