Colchester: Police investigate fight which left man with facial cuts

POLICE are investigating after a 20-year-old man from Jaywick received cuts to his face during a brawl outside an Essex pub.
Officers were alerted to a fight which broke out at about 9.10pm on Thursday outside the Moon and Starfish in Marine Parade East, Clacton.
A 48-year-old man from Clacton was arrested at the scene on suspicion of affray and released on police bail until October 26, pending further enquiries.
A 19-year-old man from Clacton was arrested the following day on suspicion of assault and has also been released on bail until October 26.
The victim suffered cuts to his face.
Police are appealing for anyone with information to contact them at Clacton on 101.
