A LACK of available seats meant commuter Anita Curtis had to opt for one reserved by another traveller this morning.
She said: “Fairly quiet morning again today but that’s good for a Monday.
“Managed to get a seat OK, albeit a reserved seat but no-one claimed it.
“Sounds of snoring in the distance but that’s to be expected on a Monday. Train on time at Liverpool Street.”
Anita updates us daily on the situation on the rails as she travels between Ipswich and London Liverpool Street. To share you commuter experiences, add #CommuterDiary to your Tweets or email natalie.hoodless@archant.co.uk

If people insist on travelling during peak periods when cost and space is prime then they can expect delays. Time to re-nationalise the entire network. Competition will never work when it comes to providing essential infrastructure public transport. To many money grabbers and back stabbers

What makes me laugh is if Antia Curtis had reserverd a seat an someone was sitting in hers it would be front page news and she would demand compensation. I wonder if she actually enjoys being late and complaining.
