Should those wishing to work be banned from quiet carriage?

Archant

AFTER enjoying a meal out in London this evening, commuter Anita Curtis has had a smooth but noisy journey home.

She reported: “On a later train tonight due to a meal after work. Nothing quiet about the quiet coach tonight. The rules only seem to apply to commuter trains.

“On the positive side the train is on time.

“What a good week so far!”

  • More to the point, this is rather boring! Whats relevant is why things go wrong when they do and even more relative is how its dealt with? Overall the standards are still low and no better than anything offered by National Express before, but the incident handling is if anything worse.
