The East of England Co-op has partnered with The Phone Co-op to bring its customers the first co-operative prepaid mobile service in the market.
Co-operative Mobile “pay as you go” SIM cards are now available for 99p in East of England Co-op supermarkets in Essex, Suffolk and Norfolk where they can also be topped up by cash or credit card.
Roger Grosvenor, executive officer – retail, East of England Co-op said: “This is the first time we’ve offered Co-operative Mobile SIM cards in our stores.
“It’s a truly co-operative product that will give our customers a better alternative and features highly competitive national and international rates, honest pricing and extensive UK coverage.”
The Phone Co-op is an ethical phone, broadband and mobile provider entirely owned by its customers.
