The Eastern Enterprise Hub (EEHub) has launched a new multi-media website which to assist the launch of new creative businesses.

EEHub TV hosts a number of “how-to” videos for budding entrepreneurs who want to start an enterprise within the creative sector, including the preparation of a business plan and attracting media interest.

The EEHub is working in partnership with Ipswich Borough Council and CSV Media to deliver the Ipswich ReCreate project, which aims to boost the economic prosperity of the town by growing new creative business clusters and utilizing empty town centre spaces.

Chris Shutt, Head of Business incubation and innovation at the Eastern Enterprise Hub said: “This new multi-media platform is fantastic support for creative start-ups in Ipswich. Not only will they be exposed to genuine and helpful advice from existing creative entrepreneurs, but they’ll also have the option to chat and collaborate with other creative people and take part in live webinars to help them grow their businesses.

“Ipswich is home to a lot of untapped talent, and our new website will help individuals to be better equipped for work in our local creative economy.” For futher information, visit the new Ipswich ReCreate website: recreate.eehub.co.uk The Creative Entrepreneurs Programme, also run by the EEHub as part of Ipswich ReCreate, will soon be recruiting for its 2014-15 cohort.
