Efit issued after man robs purse from 85-year-old woman in Ipswich

Police are issuing an E-fit of an individual they would like to trace, after a robbery in Ipswich.
The incident happened in Burlington Road at approximately 2.45pm on Saturday 30 May.

Police have issued an efit of a man they would like to trace after a robbery in Ipswich.

The incident took place in Burlington Road around 2.45pm on Saturday.

An 85-year-old woman was approached by a man, who snatched her handbag from her shoulder before running off.

The bag contained cash and cards.

The victim was uninjured in the robbery.

The man is described as white, aged in his late 20s, of slim build, under 6ft tall and wearing a blue top and blue trousers.
