Police are investigating after the front porch door of a house in Felixstowe was smashed.

The owners were inside the property, in Beatrice Avenue, when they heard glass smash at about 12.30am on New Year’s Day.

They came out of the house and were told by a passer-by that they had seen men running off.

If you saw the window being smashed, or have any information about the incident, call PC Benjamin Throssell at Police Headquarters, Martlesham Heath on 101.
