Firefighters tackled the second blaze to hit an Ipswich timber yard in as many days.
Crews were called to a business off the Holywells Road/Landseer Road area of the town, close to the River Orwell, just after 3.45pm on Tuesday.
Firefighters from Ipswich East and Princes Street stations attended the scene, where 20 stored timber pallets were alight when they arrived.
Little more than 24 hours earlier, fire crews were called to a timber yard just off Landseer Road at around 3.07pm on Monday afternoon.
Fire crews from the same two stations attended the blaze.
When the first crew arrived at the scene, they were faced by four small fires.
Each fire was quickly put out and both fire crews were back at their respective bases by 3.55pm.
Although unconfirmed by Suffolk Fire and Rescue Service, it is thought both took place at the same yard.
