Emergency services have been called to a fire in Coles Green, near Framlingham.

Suffolk Fire and Rescue was alerted at 12.20pm to reports that a building was on fire.

Four units from Stradbroke, Framlingham, Leiston and Halesworth attended to find a building 70% alight.

The farm buildings in the area contain farm machinery, farm chemicals and kerosene, but they are not believed to be involved in the fire.

It is also understood there is asbestos at the site, with fire crews making provisions for the safe storage of chemicals.
