A fire crew has this evening helped free a woman who got her hands stuck in a window.

Firefighters were sent to Oxford Road, Ipswich, from the town’s Princes Street station, to help the casualty at 6.37pm.

Ambulance staff had requested help with the incident.

The fire crew released the woman by 6.49pm.
