The RAF search and rescue helicopter

An RAF search and rescue helicopter and an RNLI lifeboat were called out after reports of an 11-year-old missing boy at Frinton beach shortly before lunchtime on Friday.

After a search of the area the boy was found safe elsewhere on the shore and was reunited with his family.
