Hundreds of classic cars lined the prom in Felixstowe drawing the crowds to enjoy the spectacle in the sunshine.
The seafront played host to the vintage vehicles on Saturday as part of the annual Street Rod National event at Trinity Park on the outskirts of Ipswich.
Cars ranging from classic 1950s cruisers to adaptations of much-loved British family cars jostled for attention – and attracted a good number of visitors despite the day’s poor weather.
Yesterday the car owners polished up their cherished vehicles to show them off to their fellow enthusiasts at Trinity Park.
The event is organised by the National Association of Street Cars (NASC) whose chairman John Pryor said: “The event has gone from strength to strength since we moved here – it’s a fantastic venue.”
