Fearing the worst, Miss Copping took to social networking site Facebook to appeal for help.
“I was so surprised by the amount of help people gave to help find Cody,” she said.
“We were so worried about him, but having people share the fact he was missing with others made me feel better about finding him.
“We had more than 400 people share his picture online, which was great.”
On Friday, Miss Copping was contacted by the police following reports a Husky had been seen on the A14 near Stonham.
He was eventually caught by a farmer in Creeting St Mary and Miss Copping said she believed Cody had travelled between 20 and 25 miles during his disappearance.
Speaking after being reunited with her dog, the 20-year-old said: “I am thankful for the police helping with the search. They did three rolling roadblocks along the A14 to help find him.
“We also have to thank everyone who helped search for him.
“When we heard he was near the busy road we were really worried that he might get hit by a car. Now he is back home he still isn’t really himself. He’s clearly very shaken by the whole thing.”

Really glad Cody was found ok. Me and friend spend 10 minitus with him on the A14 on thursday mornig trying to catch him and eventually managed to perswade him up the bank away from the road. Seems he is a fussy with his food as even the tast of chicken couldnt perswade him to come close enough so i could grab him :)
