A MAN arrested following a fatal road crash in Harwich has been released from his bail and will face no further action.

Charles Reader, 28, was struck by a Renault in Main Road, Dovercourt, on December 1, 2012.

Mr Reader, who worked at Rush Green Recycling Centre, was rushed to Colchester General Hospital but later died.

Officers investigating the collision have released a 22-year-old man from Hornchurch.

An inquest will be held at a later date.
