Police were called at 10.35am to the road, in the Ipswich-bound direction, before the junction for Haughley.

A force spokeswoman said drivers had to “swerve” to avoid the Ford Transit which had been in a minor crash.

She added that no-one had been hurt but the police were having to direct traffic before the vehicle is taken away.
