Haverhill: Police release e-fit of man who approached boy, 7

Police have issued an e-fit of a man believed to have approached a seven-year-old boy in Haverhill.

The incident happened between 2.50pm and 3.05pm on Sunday, April 13, in Linton Place.

The boy was playing outside when a man came up to him and asked him to follow him, which the boy refused to do. The man asked him a further three times. The man is described as white, of slim build, around 5’6’’ to 5’8’’ tall and in his early 50s. He had short, cropped grey hair, and wore a thin black coat with grey jeans.
