POLICE are hunting an inmate who has fled from a Suffolk prison.
Stuart Maycey, 31, was serving 11 years and four months for robbery and GBH at Hollesley Bay near Woodbridge.
He failed to attend an 8am roll call this morning and was reported as missing to police a short time later.
Maycey has connections to the Dagenham area of Essex and is described as white, 5ft 10ins tall, of medium build, with shaven ginger hair, blue eyes and a scar on his forehead.
A spokeswoman for Suffolk Constabulary warned people not to approach the offender.
Anyone who may have seen him, or who may have information about where he is now should contact officers on 101.

I was wondering when the first one of 2013 would be. Hollesley Bay is not fit for purpose.
