Police are appealing for information after an Ipswich mosque was vandalised.

Graffiti was sprayed onto the side of the building in St Helen’s Street sometime between 10.30pm on April 25 and 3pm on April 27.

The words ‘Task Vandal’ have been sprayed onto the wall in white paint and an image of this has been released by police.

They are asking anyone who recognises it to come forward and call PCSO Antony Ramirez on 101 quoting IC/14/1686.
