Thieves targeted more than a dozen vehicles in two areas of Ipswich in an overnight raid.
Cash, sat navs and musical equipment were seized from 14 vehicles across the town in the space of less than 24 hours last week, police today said.
Four cars and two pick-up trucks were broken in to in Britannia Road, Parliament Road, Henslow Road, Dover Road, Westminster Road and Camwood Gardens between 6.30pm on Wednesday and 9am the following day.
Eight cars were also targeted between 3pm on Wednesday and 11.30am on Thursday in Bostock Road, Croft Street, Webb Street, Belstead Avenue, Gippeswyk Avenue and Wherstead Road.
A Suffolk Constabulary spokesman said: “Police would (like to) remind members of the public to always keep their vehicles locked and to remove any property from inside.”
Witnesses or people with information relating to this incident are urged to call police on 101.
