Three Ipswich men charged in connection with 27 burglaries across Suffolk and Norfolk are set to appear in court today, police have said.

A Suffolk Constabulary spokesman said Alin Truica, 24, Adrain Budurcoiu, 22, and Mihai Gherghinescu, 33, have been charged with conspiracy to commit burglary at an address in Cavenham Road, Tuddenham, and 26 other address in Norfolk and Suffolk between April 4 and June 1.

The trio, of Myrtle Road in Ipswich, are set to appear before Bury St Edmunds Magistrates’ Court this morning.

Meanwhile, an 18-year-old woman and a 29-year-old man from Ipswich, who were also arrested in connection with burglaries across Norfolk and Suffolk, have been released on police bail and are due to return to the Bury St Edmunds Police Investigation Centre on July 31.
