Ipswich: Crews attend business fire in Tavern Street

FIRE crews were called to a business premises in Ipswich tonight (Friday February 1) after people reported smelling burning.

Two appliances from Princes Street fire station were sent to the incident in Tavern Street at about 7.15pm.

Crews worked at the premises and by about 7.40pm had extinguished the fire and made the property safe.

They returned to their station by 7.45pm.

Police are appealing for witnesses following a burglary at a business premises in Felixstowe.

A missing 15-year-old boy with links to Melton and Combs, near Stowmarket, has been found safe and well.

A 35-year-old man has been charged following an armed robbery at a business premises in Stowmarket.
