Ipswich: Crews tackle chip pan fire in Tydeman Close

FIREFIGHTERS were called to tackle a chip pan blaze.
Crews were called to Tydeman Close, Ipswich, at 6pm tonight.
On arrival they found the chip pan alight in the kitchen of the two storey home.
Wearing two sets of breathing apparatus, the crews tackled the flames using a hose reel jet.
The incident was under control by 6.20pm
