Ipswich: Firefighters called to house fire in town

FIREFIGHTERS were scrambled to a house fire in Ipswich on Tuesday morning.

Two Crews from Princes Street were mobilised to the blaze at a property on Emmanuel Close at 4.25am today.

On arrival crews found a fire involving the electrical intake supply.

The crews made sure there was no likelihood of the fire re-igniting and made the area safe before leaving the scene.

Both crews were back at their station by 5.38am.
