Ipswich: Jewellery and cash stolen in burglary

A large quantity of jewellery and cash has been stolen from a property in Ipswich.

The incident happened sometime between 2pm and 4pm on Saturday at an address in Norwich Road, Ipswich.

The property was broken into from the rear and searched. It is initially believed that a large quantity of Asian gold jewellery has been stolen together with a quantity of cash.

Police are keen to hear from anyone who was in the area who may have noticed any suspicious activity or who has been offered Asian gold jewellery for sale.
