A teenage girl who was reported missing last week has been found safe and well following a search.

Police had launched an appeal to help find 15-year-old Courtney Laird after she went for a walk last Thursday but did not return to her home in Ravenswood Avenue, Ipswich.

But police have tonight reported that Courtney had been found safe and well.
