An arsonist set fire to papers on the doorstep of a property in Ipswich causing damage to its door, police have said.

The incident happened in Bramford Lane between 12.15am and 7.30am on yesterday (Wednesday).

Anyone with information is asked to contact Pc Ben Redmond on 101.
