Ipswich: Traffic moving slowly on A14 after incident

TRAFFIC is moving slowly in both directions of the A14 near Ipswich following a single-vehicle collision this afternoon, near the Orwell Bridge.

The incident happened on the Felixstowe-bound carriageway of the road and involved a vehicle hitting a barrier.

A spokesman for Suffolk police said nobody was injured in the crash but one lane has closed and it is causing some minor delays.

The incident has also led to slow traffic on the Ipswich-bound carriageway.
