POLICE are hunting for two men who robbed a woman in the town centre.

The victim was walking in Queen Street at about 11am today when the men who were on bikes pinched a money bag from her.

The bag contained a three figure sum.

The offender who grabbed the bag was described as a black man, in his twenties, had facial hair and was wearing a ‘beanie’ hat and grey tracksuit. The other offender is described as of a similar appearance and had a blue bandana covering his face. Both were riding on bicycles.

The victim was not injured from the incident.

Police are currently carrying out investigations to find the two men.

Anyone who witnessed the incident or has information is asked to call Ipswich Priority Crime Team on 101 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
