Motor dealer John Grose has been presented with the prestigious Chairman’s Award from Andy Barratt, UK sales director, on behalf of Ford Motor Company.

This award recognises dealers with the highest absolute customer satisfaction scores, achieved by the completion of independent customer feedback questionnaires.

The award was presented to John Grose chairman Ian Twinley outside the Ransomes Europark dealership in Ipswich, surrounded by members of the John Grose sales, parts and service teams.

John Grose is especially proud because it has won this coveted award a record-breaking 15 times – more than any other dealer group in England.

Richard Howard, group sales director, said: “Within John Grose I’m proud to say that we have a culture of really wanting to deliver a high level of customer satisfaction.”

Alister Leith, froup managing director, added: “The Chairman’s Award is an independent measure of how well we look after our customers and is a tribute to the dedication of our wonderful staff.”

John Grose understands how important customer feedback is, not least to potential customers who want to know how good the dealer’s service and products are from people just like them. To offer just that John Grose has commissioned independent reviewer Reevoo to collect and display reviews from John Grose customers on their website.

“For too long, the schedules have cried out for a show in which dedicated amateurs, toiling day and night, handcraft sophisticated automatons built on the delicate interplay of hand-wired servo motors with custom-built circuit boards and fingertip motion control, just to see them get smashed to pieces by a dustbin carrying a massive hammer.
