John Grose’s delight at coveted award for customer satisfaction

Motor dealer John Grose has been presented with the prestigious Chairman’s Award from Andy Barratt, UK sales director, on behalf of Ford Motor Company.
This award recognises dealers with the highest absolute customer satisfaction scores, achieved by the completion of independent customer feedback questionnaires.
The award was presented to John Grose chairman Ian Twinley outside the Ransomes Europark dealership in Ipswich, surrounded by members of the John Grose sales, parts and service teams.
John Grose is especially proud because it has won this coveted award a record-breaking 15 times – more than any other dealer group in England.
