The popular boxing legend gave an insightful, informative, humourous and honest appraisal of his glittering career (warts and all).
From the highlights to the low lights it was a no holds barred show dotted with anecdotal moments of his time in and out of the ring.
He talked about his boxing career from starting out to becoming one of Britain’s most loved sports personalities to the downside of his mental health problems.
Since hanging up his gloves, he has become a much loved entertainer and has performed in numerous pantos as well as appearing on TV in personal interviews and after dinner speaking.
And his much loved enthusiastic chuckle was littered throughout the show which was compered and supported by Liverpudlian comedian and entertainer Jed Stone.
Money was raised through an auction and raffle for his Frank Bruno Foundation which provides boxing sessions and well-being programmes aimed to relieve the social, emotional and mental distress that adversely affects the mental health of children, young people and adults.
It was an eventful and entertaining evening with a famous sportsman.
