  • You don't end another woman's hour just listen to radio Suffolk between 6 & 9 in the morning to the two presenters who do nothing but talk a load of rubbish .

  • There is little actual point in comparing "similar" roles... they need to be direct comparisons between male and female workers in the same job positions. I can't say I have worked in many offices where the majority of people haven't been women - is it unfair that there isn't a 50-50 male-female ratio? I don't think anyone cares.
