A specialist retreat in Suffolk claims to offer all this and more.

The UK’s first Maharishi Peace Palace invited the EADT and Ipswich star to take a behind the scenes look at what’s been happening at the retreat since it first opened in Rendlesham in 2016.

Created, by Maharishi Foundation, The Peace Palace is Britain’s biggest building constructed using principles taught by Maharishi Mahesh Yogi.

Students of meditation have come from around the world to seek spiritual enlightenment here in Suffolk.

The £5m retreat features 30 bedrooms, meditation rooms, a dining area, library, media room, offices and a gift shop.

And now it is offering “Relaxation Bed and Breakfast retreats”, which it claims is the perfect getaway opportunity to “unplug and unwind”.

The en-suite rooms have been designed to “maximise the experience of deep rest” and fitted with the “finest sheets, luxurious cashmere duvets, pure cotton towels and eco toiletries”.

Keith Parker, CEO of the Peace Palace said, “The very nature of the building has been designed to enhance complete relaxation.

“It really is the perfect space to rest, relax and recharge.

“In addition, our friendly staff are on hand to help ensure you experience a blissful and relaxing stay with us.”

The Peace Palace is also offering space for business meetings and conferences.

It claims the Vedic architecture has been show to ‘promote wealth and prosperity creativity and intelligence and to maximise effectiveness and improve efficiency.

People can also visit to sample some of the Palace’s vegetarian buffet lunches which are now available every day at 1pm for £15 per person.
