THE Kaiser Chiefs are the first act to be confirmed for Adnams Newmarket Nights 2013.

The Brit Award winners will follow in the footsteps of Jessie J and Tom Jones by playing the 27th season of the event.

Amy Starkey, regional director of Jockey Club Racecourses, said: “The Kaiser Chiefs are a fantastic booking for us and we know that many thousands of their fans will be keen to snap up tickets for the big night on Friday, August 2.”
