An evening of pampering is set to draw in funds for an Ipswich special school later this month.

The Bridge School, based in Sprites Lane in Ipswich, is holding an evening of shopping and pampering on Friday, November 17th.

A number of stalls will be set up at the school selling a range of goods, including several craft stalls, beauty therapies, handbags, jewellery, knitwear and cards.

Entry costs £2, with the event running from 7pm to 9.30pm at the primary school.

Guests do not have to have a child or relative at the school to attend.

The event has been organised to raise funds towards the purchase of a new wheelchair-accessible minibus.

Earlier this year, the school managed to replace another one of its minibuses by successfully raising £12,000 from events including quiz nights, concerts, and parents taking part in a sponsored skydive and bike ride from Ipswich to Glasgow.
