Proposals have been made to build two massive wind turbines near the A14 at Thorington Hall, between Pinewood and Belstead.

The land is owned by Ipswich council - even though it is in Babergh district - and it has linked up with Partnerships for Renewables to put two wind turbines on the land. They would be up to 130 metres tall.

Concerned residents from Belstead village, Pinewood, Stoke Park and Belstead Hills as well as other interested parties are welcome to attend the meeting.

It will be held at Pinewood Community Hall in Hawthorn Drive at 3pm.
