I want to complain about this content:

16 weeks is effectively 8 weeks inside. That is not going to stop him driving again, is it ? Just glad I do not live in Ipswich now as he sure is a risk to the public. Glad his photo is shown, hopefully people will recognise him if he gets anywhere near a motor vehicle and report him - by Crimestoppers if needs be.
