IF YOU CAN GET THESE MANIAC DRIVERS TO ABIDE BY IT , BUT AS YOU AND I KNOW WE BRITISH HAVE NOT GOT 5 MINS TO LIVE AND ARE THE WORSE DRIVERS IN THE WORLD NOW SO ( GO 20 ) IS BANGING ITS HEAD UP AGAINST THE WALL , I KNOW COS WE HAVE A 20 MPH SPEED LIMIT ON OUR ESTATE AND THEY TAKE NO NOTICE OF IT,,
