Leveson's recommendations, very important as they are, will relate to just a tiny majority of the media - simply because the vast majority, most certainly of the provincial Press, have striven hard in a very competitive world to uphold a decent standard in their LOCAL communities. A few bad apples from the top of the tree have, very unfairly, been responsible for un justly causing widespread public's distrust in the whole Press.
