I want to complain about this content:

I note in the last quote that it is advised to fit winter tyres November to March. What is it like driving with them on between April and October? Anyone know? As you can guess, I have never considered buying winter tyres as I do not drive enough miles to justify the cost of buying two sets of tyres.
