More homes and no improvement to the roads and the local infrastructure ! We need new homes for first time buyers , not flats but houses . Flats are for the rental market only . Give us some houses around £140150k with garage and driveway and i for one will be in support for new development . Unfortunately houses are too expensive for the first time buyer and this needs to be a priority
