If you ran the same "research" at Police HQ, would the headline read "EVERYONE can name PCC"? I agree completely that the election was flawed and badly publicised and people weren't engaged, but come on, don't insult us by presenting sensationalist headlines as fact based on the few people you stopped on the Cornhill.
