Secret beer-tasting session to raise cash for Ipswich Arts Centre

Ipswich brewer Beer&Co. is holding a secret beer club session at a mystery location this Thursday to raise funds for the Ipswich Arts Centre.

The ticket-only event runs from 7.30-9.30pm, with the venue confirmed only 24 hours before the session starts.

Beer-lovers can enjoy five craft beer tastings and speak to a local brewer and beer reviewer.

Organiser Greg Cooper said: “The idea behind it is really just to offer a range of fantastic tasting and innovative beers as tasters that attendees can choose to drink more of if they wish – we just don’t let on what beers we’ll be tasting or the event venue until just before the event.

“As a company that is based in Ipswich and is passionate about the arts, we are fully behind efforts to create a new fit-for-purpose creative arts centre for the town, which is why we are supporting Ipswich Arts Centre.”
